Sitting at home at 3:30 in the morning and what am I doing? I am thinking about school work and what needs to be done. Trying to accomplish as much as possible before the work week begins and I cannot focus too much on class.
It is a shame that many students do not get enough time to focus on school. They say that you should spend somewhere near 2 hours of every hour of class time a week to study and learn the information. I know that I definitely do not come anywhere near that. Most of the time I am reading and re-reading my textbook just to get the answers to the weeks questions.I take classes online so there is more writing and reading than anything. I mean within one week I need to read three chapters which equals about 100 pages, answer two discussion questions a week with a minimum of 250-350 words (a mini paper), write a 750-1050 word essay, and an additional team paper or working on a team paper.
See how there is so much work to be done?! It is scary! Plus I have to work two part-time jobs and still have some time left over for a semblance of a personal life. Many college students today cannot find enough time for everything. I mean come on now!
What are your thoughts?
